Job Description

**AI Software Engineer III** **Role Summary**: Develop and optimize production software using AI-assisted development tools, enhancing efficiency across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Focus on end-to-end feature delivery, team mentorship, and improving engineering processes. **Expectations**: 5-7 years of commercial software engineering experience. Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, production-grade systems. Demonstrated use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in core workflows. **Key Responsibilities**: - Own full lifecycle feature delivery: design, code, test, and deploy. - Architect maintainable, scalable solutions aligned with product goals. - Strategically apply AI tools for planning, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. - Mentor engineers on AI-assisted workflows and adopt team-wide practices. - Collaborate with product and design teams to balance technical quality and delivery speed. - Drive improvements to development processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines. **Required Skills**: - **Technical**: Strong software fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOLID, testing). Proficiency in .NET/React (preferred) or other modern stacks. CI/CD and automated testing expertise. - **AI Tools**: Experience using AI coding tools as primary workflow components for solving complex problems. - **Collaboration**: Excellent communication and peer mentorship skills.
