Job Title: RTW Assistant Role Summary: Supports the Ready‑to‑Wear (RTW) team by coordinating manufacturing, quality control, supplier communication, and production documentation for high‑end fashion collections. Expectations: Deliver accurate, timely production information, maintain high standards of craftsmanship, and facilitate smooth communication between design, production, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate manufacturing from concept to final delivery, ensuring schedules are met. - Conduct quality control checks to verify garments meet brand standards. - Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to track orders, resolve issues, and secure on‑time delivery of materials and finished goods. - Manage and organise production materials (fabrics, trims, components). - Maintain precise production records and prepare status reports on timelines and issues. - Organise and track samples, ensuring proper documentation and distribution for fittings and reviews. - Support design and production teams during fittings by taking notes and assisting with garment adjustments. Required Skills: - Excellent organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment. - Basic understanding of garment construction and production processes. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Word and Excel. Required Education & Certifications: - High‑school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field preferred. - No specific certifications required.
