**Job Title** Sales Training Analyst and Coordinator H/F **Role Summary** Analyze, coordinate, and evaluate sales training initiatives to align with business objectives. Manage training planning, reporting, logistics, and continuous improvement for retail teams. **Expectations** - Deliver actionable insights from training data to enhance effectiveness. - Coordinate training schedules, resources, and budgets. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration and communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze training outcomes, track completion rates, and produce periodic reports (monthly, semi‑annual, annual). - Evaluate and recommend improvements to training materials and delivery methods. - Plan and schedule training sessions in line with business priorities. - Provide logistical and administrative support for all training events. - Promote training programs across internal channels and commercial meetings. - Collect and act on feedback from retail teams to adapt programs. - Benchmark industry best practices and monitor the training budget. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI). - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Excellent communication, coordination, and cross‑functional teamwork skills. - Budget management and expense tracking. - Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is an advantage; Portuguese highly appreciated. - Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Synthesia, and Kahoot is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Data Analytics, or related field. - Certification in data analysis or instructional design is desirable.
