Job title: Proxy Product Owner Role Summary: Serve as the operational bridge between the Product Owner, Product Manager, and development teams within an Agile (SAFe/Scrum) environment. Drive product definition, backlog grooming, and delivery of high‑value features, ensuring alignment across functional and technical stakeholders. Expectations: * 5–6 years of Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner experience. * Strong stakeholder coordination and facilitation skills. * Ability to manage significant meeting load (~50% of time). * Experience with SAFe rituals (PI Planning, PO Sync, architecture workshops). Required Skills: * Agile product ownership (Scrum, SAFe). * Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management. * Proficiency with user story formatting, backlog prioritization, estimation, and acceptance testing. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure. * Familiarity with production support (TMA) concepts. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). * Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is advantageous.
