**Job Title** IT Software Engineer/Developer **Role Summary** Work within a small team on a hybrid system, primarily supporting the in‑house Port Management application built on Uniface and Microsoft SQL Server. Provide end‑to‑end development, maintenance, and third‑line technical support while ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Ability to travel to Gravesend/Kent once or twice a week (hybrid schedule). - No visa sponsorship or post‑study visa required. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyse business requirements and deliver complete solutions using the Uniface platform and SQL Server. 2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database issues promptly. 3. Deliver 3rd‑line technical support to end users and stakeholders. 4. Maintain and enhance infrastructure, including server, networking, and basic cybersecurity. 5.
