Job Description

**Job Title** Data Business Analyst (F/H) **Role Summary** Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating business requirements into data solutions. Own data modeling, collaborate with architects, and ensure data quality and governance across the organization. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate data models that meet business needs. - Align business concepts with technical architecture. - Ensure data quality and adherence to the Data Catalog governance. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams in both French and English. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary point of contact for business units in France and abroad. - Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements, translating them into data requirements. - Design and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical). - Collaborate with data architects to implement business concepts into application solutions. - Work with data stewards to enforce data quality and catalog governance. - Facilitate workshops and deliver clear solutions to stakeholders. - Support IT teams in populating the data foundation according to model specifications. **Required Skills** - Strong data modeling and data architecture expertise. - Proven experience in translating business needs into technical data solutions. - Ability to lead workshops and influence cross‑functional teams. - Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. - Proactive, autonomous, and pragmatic approach. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Proficiency in French (preferred but not mandatory). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in data design and architecture.
