Job Description: **Job Title** Senior Research Executive – Digital Policy **Role Summary** Lead the design, management, and delivery of mixed‑methods policy research and evaluation projects for EU and international institutions, focusing on digital markets, platform economy, emerging technologies, and consumer protection. Own project life‑cycle from concept to final impact report, engage senior clients, support business development, and mentor junior researchers. **Expectations** - Produce high‑quality evaluations, impact assessments, and policy studies that inform EU decision‑making. - Manage projects on time, within budget, and to approved quality standards. - Represent the firm at senior stakeholder meetings and contribute to strategic growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Design research methodologies and data‑collection tools (surveys, interview guides, mapping templates). - Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams. - Analyse and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from literature, administrative datasets, and primary research. - Write clear, concise reports and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders. - Support new business development and nurture existing client relationships. - Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to capability building. - Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum. **Required Skills** - Expertise in digital and consumer policy, EU better regulation guidance, and the platform economy. - Advanced mixed‑methods research design and primary data collection (surveys, qualitative interviews). - Strong analytical, synthesis, and report‑writing abilities. - Proficient in PowerPoint design and data visualization. - Project management experience with budget and timeline control. - Excellent communication, client‑centric mindset, collaborative leadership, and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or European Affairs. - Demonstrated experience delivering policy research and evaluation projects for EU institutions or agencies (e.g., DG CNECT, DG JUST).
