**Job Title:**
Strategist – GTM & Business Development
**Role Summary:**
Define, design, and execute global go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that transform market intelligence into measurable commercial opportunities across Family Offices, Institutional, and Advisory ecosystems.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver quarterly GTM plans that drive revenue growth, partnership development, and brand authority.
- Convert data-driven insights into actionable outreach and pipeline development.
- Maintain structured engagement pipelines and achieve targeted commercial opportunity conversion rates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Build and maintain an integrated GTM plan, mapping focus markets, client archetypes, and channel plays (direct, partnerships, strategic advisors).
2. Perform sector trend analysis, peer positioning, TAM/SAM sizing, and produce quarterly GTM briefs.
3. Translate insights into targeted outreach, account plans, and enablement content.
4. Identify, qualify, and advance commercial opportunities across target regions, maintaining a structured pipeline.
5. Collaborate with marketing and data teams to create insight decks, case studies, and structured proposal templates.
6. Support leadership in translating data into revenue, partnerships, and market positioning.
**Required Skills:**
- Business development experience: relationship management, pipeline structuring, early‑stage partnership cultivation.
- Strategic insight application: market mapping, segmentation, TAM/SAM sizing, commercial scenario planning.
- Data fluency: working with market datasets, intelligence summaries, and analysis tools.
- Storytelling & communication: exceptional synthesis, writing, and presentation for senior audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Development, Market Analysis, or Strategic Planning preferred.
