Head of Digital Marketing – Hospitality
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of HPH properties. Drive online traffic, revenue growth, and ROI across owned websites, microsites, and third‑party booking platforms through SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing. Manage a small team and oversee CRM integration to support B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable increases in website traffic, conversions, and revenue within a six‑month contract period.
- Establish performance metrics (e.g., AOV, CPA, ROAS) and report on progress to senior leadership.
- Maintain high quality of hotel digital assets and ensure consistent brand presence across all online channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, implement, and optimize a digital marketing ecosystem covering SEO (organic search), paid media (PPC, CPC), and conversion optimization (CRO).
2. Lead monthly quality assurance audits of hotel content, imagery, and profiles on owned sites, third‑party OTAs, meta‑search engines, and other digital platforms.
3. Oversee the creation and management of B2B/B2C email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, CRM data hygiene, and automation workflows.
4. Manage a team of three digital marketing professionals, providing coaching, performance reviews, and workflow coordination.
5. Integrate and enhance CRM systems to streamline marketing data, customer journeys, and reporting.
6. Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align digital tactics with broader business objectives.
7. Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.
**Required Skills**
- Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, CRO, and email/CRM marketing.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
- Experience with hospitality or related industry digital marketing.
- Leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor junior marketers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, CRO/Conversion Optimization).
