Influence Executive (Beauty Client)
**Role Summary**
Execute and manage influencer marketing campaigns for a major beauty client, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through strategic partnerships with beauty influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable results in engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI across influencer initiatives.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with top‑tier and emerging beauty influencers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with social, product, and brand teams to align campaigns with launches and activations.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Identify, recruit, and onboard beauty influencers and creators aligned with brand values.
2. Develop creative briefs and guide influencers to produce on‑brand content.
3. Manage end‑to‑end campaigns: outreach, negotiation, content approval, posting, and performance analysis.
4. Coordinate product seeding, track delivery, and monitor engagement metrics.
5. Maintain influencer database and report KPI data (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
6. Collaborate with social teams to amplify paid and organic influencer activity.
7. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and viral moments to inform strategy.
8. Attend beauty industry events and support brand ambassador programs.
9. Provide data‑driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
**Required Skills**
- 1–2 years in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing (beauty industry preferred).
- In‑depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and beauty content trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with sensitivity to beauty aesthetics, storytelling, and content trends.
- Proficiency with influencer management tools (e.g., Traackr) and social analytics platforms.
- Understanding of both mass‑market and luxury beauty sectors, and paid/organic programs.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Certification in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing is a plus.
