**Job Title:** ServiceNow Technical Consultant
**Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end technical leadership for enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with governance and client objectives across ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and IRM modules.
**Expactations:**
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience.
- Based in the UK or Europe with right to work.
- 6‑month contract (remote/hybrid).
- Strong technical and stakeholder management capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, managing scope, timelines, and quality.
- Ensure alignment with delivery standards and client governance frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks (security, audit, quality).
- Provide hands‑on configuration, customization, scripting, automation, and integration guidance.
- Oversee implementations of ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and IRM modules.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
- Act as primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead UAT, performance testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover.
- Contribute to proposals, bids, client presentations, and internal practice initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and IRM modules.
- Expertise in configuration, custom development, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience delivering enterprise‑scale projects using Agile and Waterfall.
- Governance, risk, and delivery management proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate multiple workstreams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, HRSD, ITOM) – preferred.
- ITIL Foundation; PRINCE2 or PMP – preferred.
- Current ServiceNow certification or evidence of ongoing enablement.
