**Job Title**
Fashion Operations Director
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and harmonize the end‑to‑end fashion operations model across multiple luxury fashion houses. Serve as the Business Process Owner for all operations, overseeing customer service, logistics, and sourcing while driving digital transformation, process excellence, and cross‑brand collaboration.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Process Ownership** – Define, document, and deploy the end‑to‑end operations model (design → production → customer service) across all maisons.
2. **Standards & Governance** – Establish operating standards, KPIs, best‑practice guidelines, and governance tools; synchronize critical paths and decision protocols.
3. **Sourcing Strategy** – Consolidate sourcing requirements, build a shared supplier panel, negotiate group contracts, and ensure supplier compliance, quality, and process alignment.
4. **Logistics & Customer Service** – Lead global logistics and distribution; manage customer service function, guaranteeing supply continuity, service excellence, and consistent luxury experience.
5. **Digital & Transformation** – Drive PLM enhancements, supply‑chain visibility tools, advanced planning systems, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
6. **Stakeholder & Leadership** – Act as the central coordination point for all houses, mentor operational leaders, and champion operational best practices and communities of practice.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Fashion, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s in Operations, Luxury Management, or Business Administration preferred
- 15+ years of luxury fashion operations experience, with proven leadership in customer service, logistics, and/or sourcing
- Deep knowledge of luxury product development cycle, small‑batch production, atelier management, sourcing, fabric knowledge, and supply chain
- Experience consolidating supplier ecosystems and negotiating group agreements
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, Six Sigma, PLM) are a plus but not mandatory.
