Brand Marketing Manager – Olympics (North America)
**Role Summary**
Lead brand activation for the Olympic partnership and Team USA/LA28 initiatives. Develop integrated, consumer‑centered marketing strategies that elevate Ralph Lauren’s visibility across global media, retail, and experiential channels. Translate partnership objectives into omni‑channel campaigns, manage cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable brand outcomes.
**Expectations**
- Execute end‑to‑end partnership campaigns that achieve commercial and brand‑desirability goals.
- Deliver clear, data‑driven strategies and business cases for activations.
- Maintain high‑quality, brand‑consistent consumer touchpoints across all channels.
- Monitor performance, report insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., USOPP/LA28).
- Stay attuned to sports‑industry trends, licensing dynamics, and cultural shifts relevant to LA28.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ideate and develop integrated marketing plans grounded in consumer insight for the Olympic partnership.
- Coordinate omni‑channel activations: celebrity/influencer marketing, social & digital media, merchandising, content creation, events, pop‑ups, and in‑store activations.
- Write strategic creative briefs, consumer‑facing communications, and media execution plans.
- Manage budgets, track financial metrics, and report on KPIs across all partnership initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams (Marketing, Sales Channels, PR, Retail Development, Media, CIX, Operations, Finance) and external agencies.
- Capture, analyze, and report partnership metrics; benchmark performance against industry standards.
- Ensure all touchpoints align with Ralph Lauren brand positioning, aesthetic, and high‑end execution.
- Support product initiatives, sample management, and talent outfitting for photoshoots, PR, and events.
- Facilitate regular meeting agendas, deliverables, and follow‑up actions for internal and external partners.
**Required Skills**
- Proven partnership and sports‑marketing experience with a focus on multi‑channel brands.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
- Deep consumer insight and market research capabilities.
- Expertise in omni‑channel marketing, digital & e‑commerce tactics.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP, HubSpot, or equivalent) are a plus.
