**Role Summary**
Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing programs for Ralph Lauren’s tennis and other special partnerships across North America. Drives brand desirability, aligns partnership initiatives with commercial objectives, and collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver omni‑channel activations that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and performance goals.
**Expectations**
- Design and launch holistic, consumer‑insight‑driven campaigns that meet partnership business targets.
- Manage end‑to‑end partnership execution, including budgeting, timelines, and KPI reporting.
- Build and nurture strong internal and external relationships to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Maintain brand integrity across all consumer‑facing touchpoints and stay current on sport‑related trends.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and author strategic creative briefs and marketing plans for tennis and special projects (e.g., US Open, anniversary initiatives).
- Coordinate omni‑channel activations across celebrity/influencer, digital/social, merchandising, events, pop‑ups, media, and retail.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (Wholesale, RLS, PRO, RLE, Agency, Global Brand, PR, Retail Development, Media & CIX) to deliver on schedule and budget.
- Track and report on budgets, timelines, and performance metrics; provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and present partnership metrics, benchmarks, and trend analyses.
- Support product development, sample management, and talent dressing for photoshoots, PR, and events.
- Facilitate daily meetings with internal and external partners, ensuring clear next steps and deliverables.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience managing multi‑channel sports or entertainment partnerships, including royalty and licensing agreements.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate consumer insights into compelling marketing plans.
- Excellent project management skills; adept at budget oversight, timeline coordination, and KPI tracking.
- Creative storytelling ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in digital, social, and e‑commerce marketing tactics.

**Required Education & Certifications**
