Job Description

**Job Title** Test Lead Senior **Role Summary** Leading the quality assurance strategy and execution for complex information systems such as ERP, CRM, and BDD. Owns test design, execution, defect management, and continuous improvement across all project phases. Works closely with development and business stakeholders to ensure product quality and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in QA for large, multi‑system environments (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Proven leadership of a QA scope with full autonomy; no direct reports. - Strong communication in French and English. - Proactive, analytical, and client‑focused mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Define test strategy and objectives aligned with project goals. - Analyze and challenge user requirements and user stories. - Create test plans, scenarios, data sets, and other documentation. - Execute test campaigns in development, integration, and user acceptance stages. - Perform root‑cause investigation (logs, SQL queries, API calls). - Manage defects, track resolution, and implement non‑regression testing. - Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and propose corrective actions. - Monitor functional and technical innovations relevant to the domain. **Required Skills** - Test strategy formulation and test management. - Test design and execution for complex systems (ERP, CRM, BDD). - Defect tracking and regression testing. - Root‑cause analysis (logs analysis, SQL, API inspection). - Use of JIRA, Confluence, and Postman for test management and collaboration. - Proficiency in SQL, web services/APIs. - Familiarity with test repository tools and version control. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and initiative‑driving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree + 5 (Bac +5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business/Commerce. - ISTQB Advanced Test Lead or equivalent QA certification is highly desirable.
