**Job Title:** Electronics Engineer – Design Office (M/F) **Role Summary:** Design and develop high‑performance electronic solutions across analog, digital, and mixed‑signal domains. Lead end‑to‑end design activities, ensuring alignment with system requirements, cross‑functional integration, and project goals. **Expectations:** - Minimum 7 years of experience in complex mixed‑signal electronic design. - Proven track record from feasibility through to production. - Strong understanding of interference, power, and reliability constraints. - Ability to collaborate with software, FPGA, mechanical, and regulatory teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate system/product requirements into detailed electronic designs. - Perform electrical simulations and validate design success criteria. - Select components, create electronic schematics, and support PCB footprint and routing. ‑ Coordinate design entries with manufacturing and tooling teams. - Conduct and present electronic design review meetings. - Develop test plans, protocols, and execute performance, bench, and regulatory tests. - Document design justification, risk analysis, test results, and other required documentation following development procedures. - Interface with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure technical specifications are met. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in mixed‑signal analog/digital circuit design. - Proficiency in simulation tools (SPICE, ADS, etc.). - PCB layout experience and familiarity with routing constraints. - Strong cross‑functional communication and teamwork. - Knowledge of design verification, test methodology, and documentation standards. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent design projects and meet tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s (or equivalent) plus 5 years of higher education (Bac+5) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Certifications such as IEEE, PJM, or relevant IPC standards are a plus but not mandatory.
