Job Description: Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead and execute end‑to‑end influencer and affiliate marketing strategies for a portfolio of e‑commerce brands on TikTok Shop. Drive GMV growth through data‑driven product merchandising, trading calendars, and creator partnerships while acting as the primary client interface and internal collaborator. Expectations: - Own portfolio P&L and meet GMV targets. - Deliver commercially grounded growth plans aligned with business goals. - Lead influencer/affiliate strategy and optimize performance continuously. - Communicate insights and actions clearly to clients and cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Portfolio & Client Ownership** – Serve as main point of contact; lead strategy, performance, and delivery for each brand. 2. **Trading & Merchandising** – Create and maintain trading calendars, set product selection, bundling, pricing, and promotions; optimise AOV, conversion, and GMV. 3. **Influencer / Affiliate Strategy** – Define creator priorities, product focus, and incentive structures; build deal‑led, always‑on, live, and campaign content strategies. 4. **Performance Management** – Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics; conduct data‑backed performance reviews; forecast GMV and trading outcomes. 5. **Relationship Management** – Communicate with internal teams, creators, and clients to align objectives and deliver results. Required Skills: - Proven experience managing influencer marketing for e‑commerce brands. - Strong understanding of influencer campaign design, gifting strategies, and P&L ownership. - Ability to work with performance data to drive GMV and margin goals. - Commercially minded decision making and confidence in stakeholder communication. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
