Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Studies Engineer – IRTP Role Summary: Design, develop and validate innovative mechatronic components and mechanisms. Lead multidisciplinary projects, perform R&D, FEM analysis, prototype integration, and testing. Provide technical expertise for critical operating conditions and contribute to the skill development of the design bureau. Expectations: • 3–5 years of experience in technically demanding engineering projects. • Proven track record in mechanical design and analysis of complex systems. • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work cross‑functionally with electrical, industrial, quality, and marketing teams. • Technical English proficiency (minimum B2). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct R&D and technical studies in assigned domains. - Lead design and analysis of actuators, transducers, sensors, and related components. - Perform analytical calculations and finite element modeling. - Prepare design justification documents and technical reports. - Support prototype integration and validation. - Develop test plans and participate in laboratory testing. - Provide technical expertise for environments involving humidity, temperature, vibration, etc. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of the design bureau. Required Skills: - CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred). - Analytical structural calculations. - Finite element analysis. - Reading and functional dimensioning of engineering drawings. - Report writing and documentation. - Knowledge of structural dynamics, magnetism, piezoelectricity (advantageous). - Basic understanding of control systems and electronics (advantageous). - Technical English (B2 or higher). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical university program.
