Job Description

Job Title: CyberArk Analyst Role Summary: Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of CyberArk Privileged Account Security solutions. Ensure successful implementation, documentation, and training for secure privileged access management. Expectations: - Deliver projects on schedule with a focus on operational excellence and safety compliance. - Communicate effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and team members. - Produce clear, comprehensive design and procedural documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and configure CyberArk environments to meet security requirements. - Perform upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance of CyberArk installations. - Create architecture proposals for new deployments. - Develop and maintain system documentation and user procedures. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams. - Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate technology rollouts. Required Skills: - Hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and patching CyberArk solutions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to produce detailed design and operational documentation. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. - Good judgment and sound business decision‑making. - Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is required for automation.
