**Job Title:** Senior Cybersecurity Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure cloud architectures and developer security practices. Serve as a technical security authority within a cross‑functional team, ensuring protection of data and infrastructure across major public cloud platforms while staying ahead of emerging threats.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement secure cloud solutions in GCP, AWS, and Azure, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor emerging cloud‑security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies; recommend and execute mitigation plans.
- Collaborate within a small, cross‑functional cybersecurity team to integrate security into product and infrastructure lifecycles.
- Create and maintain security documentation, guidelines, and training materials for cloud and developer security.
- Develop and integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines and automate security controls using IaC.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency with cloud security platforms (e.g., Wiz, Orca Security, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, Divvycloud).
- Hands‑on experience building security practices/tools: static and dynamic application testing, software composition analysis, CI/CD security integration.
- Solid understanding of encryption, IAM, network security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Programming/scripting skills in Python, Terraform, Open Policy Agent (OPA), Ruby or similar languages.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Professional security certifications preferred: CCSP, CISSP, GIAC, or comparable credentials.
