Job Description
Job title: Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Supports brand marketing to deliver cohesive customer-facing experiences across product launches, e‑commerce, and retail channels. Manages creative assets, launch kits, sample requests, and cross‑functional collaboration with creative, sales, and retail partners. Expactations: 1‑2 years of marketing, communications, or e‑commerce brand experience. Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and detail orientation. Proficiency with Brandfolder (or equivalent DAM), familiarity with Bazaarvoice, Syndigo, or SmartSheet. Excel skills preferred. Ability to adapt quickly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and build collaborative relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Creative Marketing Managers with development and execution of product launch and update projects. - Prepare retailer‑specific launch kits (copy, images, videos) and coordinate timelines with sales. - Maintain brand consistency across all channels, managing digital assets in Brandfolder and ensuring proper naming and tagging. - Build and maintain Brandfolder retailer portals for easy asset access. - Coordinate studio and PR sample requests, track inventory, and liaise with external photographers. - Foster relationships with retailers and internal teams to support brand initiatives and product launches. - Provide reliable partner support to national sales, delivering high‑quality creative assets on schedule. - Continuously improve processes, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities to simplify complex tasks. Required Skills: - Excellent communication (written & verbal) with mastery of tone and email etiquette. - Project management and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. - Asset management using Brandfolder and other tools (Bazaarvoice, Syndigo, SmartSheet). - Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset; zero brand or messaging errors. - Collaborative, relationship‑building abilities with cross‑functional teams. - Creative problem‑solving, adaptability, and ownership mindset. - Proficiency in Excel; basic data handling preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - 1‑2 years of relevant marketing/communications brand experience.
