**Role Summary**
Lead the digital commerce strategy for a luxury brand, steering the e‑commerce roadmap, UX evolution, merchandising, SEO, and data‑driven performance. Drive omnichannel integration, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and mentor the e‑commerce team to increase conversion and enhance customer experience.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 7 years of senior e‑commerce, digital strategy, or omnichannel retail experience in the luxury or premium sector.
- Demonstrated history of delivering cross‑functional digital transformations and complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
- Expertise in UX design, data analytics, SEO, and A/B testing, with proficiency in the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem preferred.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to translate data into strategic direction.
- Deep appreciation for brand values, impeccable attention to detail, and a collaborative leadership style.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the e‑commerce roadmap aligned with global strategy and brand priorities.
- Lead digital initiatives that drive conversion and omnichannel experience, including A/B tests and UX enhancements.
- Oversee e‑merchandising: homepage strategy, new‑product launches, catalog structure, visual and written content compliance.
- Manage onsite search, recommendations, and product discoverability in partnership with marketing and product teams.
- Own the performance framework: deliver monthly insights, conduct deep‑dive reviews, and identify growth via site speed, checkout, and product analysis.
- Direct SEO strategy, technical audits, and redirect governance to sustain search visibility.
- Serve as the chief liaison between regional and HQ teams (Digital, Marketing, Client Services, Retail).
- Lead and mentor the e‑commerce team, fostering precision, innovation, and excellence.
- Align digital priorities with commercial and brand ambitions through collaboration with regional leadership.
**Required Skills**
- E‑commerce strategy and omnichannel retail leadership.

**Required Education & Certifications**
