**Job Title**
Digital Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the digital strategy and execution for a global luxury brand’s owned digital channels (social media accounts, website). Develop and optimize paid acquisition (Search, Social) and organic content to drive awareness, engagement, and ROI while aligning with the brand’s marketing and business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Manage a cross‑functional team of project managers and external agency partners; coach and develop team members.
- Own the end‑to‑end digital activation process across platforms and regions.
- Foster relationships with social platforms and stay ahead of industry trends to secure first‑to‑market opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance, competitive intelligence, and workshops to internal stakeholders (Brand Image, Editorial, PR, Paid Media, CRM, etc.).
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategy** – Design and implement multi‑platform social media and web strategies that reflect brand identity and marketing goals.
2. **Acquisition** – Develop and optimize paid Search & Social campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
3. **Partnerships** – Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with all major social platforms.
4. **Planning & Activation** – Lead cross‑functional coordination for calendars, toolsets (briefs, workflows, calendars), and alignment with marketing launches.
5. **Performance** – Monitor analytics, identify insights, recommend optimizations, and report results to stakeholders.
6. **Moderation & Alerts** – Oversee real‑time monitoring and moderation of social platforms; coordinate crisis response with Corporate Communications.
7. **Team Management** – Recruit, mentor, and evaluate three project managers, ensuring continuous growth.
**Required Skills**

- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social dashboards, attribution platforms).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Crisis communication and moderation best practices.

- Deep understanding of digital ecosystem trends and luxury market dynamics.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in performance, web, and/or social media activation.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing) preferred.
