Job Description

Job Title: Senior Key Account Executive Role Summary: Own and develop high-value relationships with UK e‑commerce brands and SMEs, driving revenue growth for WorldFirst’s global payment solutions. Expectations: Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets, maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and actively contribute insights to product and strategy teams. Key Responsibilities: • Support senior BD managers on key accounts and new business opportunities. • Engage prospects, understand their payment and cross‑border needs, and position WorldFirst solutions. • Identify and qualify inbound leads, execute targeted campaigns, and attend industry events. • Capture and relay customer feedback to product, marketing, and operations. • Maintain accurate CRM records, report on pipeline status, and update forecasting. Required Skills: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, in‑person). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines. • Sales acumen and proven ability to achieve targets. • Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. • Collaborative team player comfortable working cross‑functionally. • Positive, problem‑solving attitude.
