Job Description
**Job Title:** Telecom and Network Technician/Administrator **Role Summary:** Support and manage telecom and network infrastructures to ensure service continuity, solution quality, and operational efficiency. Provide technical expertise for enterprise telephony and VoIP systems. **Expectations:** Proven technical training in Telecom, Networking, or Computer Science (Bac+2 to Bac+3). Demonstrated hands-on experience in telecom/administration roles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and maintain telecom/network infrastructures. - Configure, monitor, and support enterprise telephony systems (e.g., Alcatel OXE). - Install, update, and migrate VoIP solutions in collaboration with project teams. - Resolve technical incidents via second-level (N2) support. - Diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure issues. - Ensure configuration accuracy and reliability. - Document technical procedures and interventions. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused support. **Required Skills:** - Mastery of enterprise telephony systems (Alcatel OXE required). - Experience with VoIP, Mitel, SVI, and virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox). - Technical problem-solving and incident management. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Team collaboration and client interaction capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Technical degree in Telecom, Networking, or Computer Science (Bac+2 to Bac+3). - Certifications in Alcatel OXE or VoIP solutions preferred (not mandatory).
