Job Description: Job Title: Senior Full‑Stack Developer Role Summary: Build and evolve a scalable, AI‑enabled customer service platform, delivering both front‑end and back‑end components while collaborating with a cross‑functional team to meet product milestones. Expectations: Minimum 2 years of modern web development experience; proven ability to transform UX/design into production code; strong grasp of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and API design; experience with SPA frameworks (Vue.js or similar) and PHP MVC frameworks (Laravel, Symfony); proficiency with distributed source control (Git); capacity to architect reusable, maintainable codebases; willingness to adapt in a fast‑moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain both front‑end and back‑end of the core application. • Design and implement reusable code architecture that can scale with product evolution. • Translate functional and UX requirements into functional features on schedule. • Collaborate with product, design, and ops teams to deliver roadmap items. • Build, test, and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate AI services. • Maintain code quality through version control, code reviews, and automated testing.
