Job title HTML Developer (React.js) Role Summary Front‑end engineer responsible for converting UI/UX designs into responsive, high‑performance web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js. Focus on pixel‑perfect rendering, maintainability, and optimization across browsers and devices. Expectations * 3+ years of professional experience in front‑end development. * Proven ability to deliver enterprise‑grade web interfaces on time and within scope. * Strong collaboration with design, backend, and product teams. * Continuous improvement of code quality and performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Build and maintain responsive UI components in React, ensuring scalability and reusability. 2. Translate Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel‑perfect HTML/CSS pages and reusable component libraries. 3. Develop responsive web pages with Webflow, following best UX practices. 4. Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to WCAG/ARIA standards. 5. Optimize site speed and SEO, applying performance tuning techniques. 6. Debug, troubleshoot, and refactor front‑end code for maintainability. 7. Use Git for version control, following branching and merge best practices. 8. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to align on requirements and deliverables.
