**Job title:** Marketing Specialist Apprentice **Role Summary:** Support the marketing efforts of the Central Quadrant of Harris academies by developing and executing multi‑channel campaigns, creating digital and print content, managing social media, and analysing performance to drive student and staff recruitment and brand awareness. **Expactations:** *Complete the Multi‑Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship within 18 months.* *Deliver high‑quality marketing deliverables on time and within budget.* *Collaborate with academy leadership, the Federation Talent Attraction Partner, and design team.* **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement student and staff recruitment marketing strategies. - Create, edit, and publish mixed‑media content (graphics, images, videos) for websites, newsletters, and social media. - Manage day‑to‑day social media posting and platform engagement. - Write, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, and campaign copy. - Conduct keyword research and SEO optimisation to increase discoverability. - Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and produce actionable reports. - Perform audience research, trend analysis, and generate creative campaign ideas. - Photograph and video events, maintain the academy digital photo library. - Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. **Required Skills:** - Strong written communication, including tailored messaging for diverse audiences. - Creative thinking and experience designing engaging campaigns. - Proficiency with social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, video editing suites). - Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with performance tracking dashboards. - Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑standard work. - Multitasking ability and strong prioritisation of projects. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills. - Openness to AI‑driven processes and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Completion of the Multi‑Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship programme (or ongoing enrolment). - Formal education equivalent to A‑levels or GCSEs plus 5 years’ experience in marketing, media, or communications preferred but not mandatory.
