**Job title**
Training Engineer – Learning & Development (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives across a multi‑site organization, aligning learning outcomes with business objectives. Manage end‑to‑end learning projects, coordinate stakeholders, and enhance the internal e‑learning platform.
**Expactations**
- Develop and structure training action plans that meet organizational goals.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize training needs from various departments.
- Plan and schedule training activities in collaboration with management.
- Select and manage external providers and curricula.
- Create engaging, context‑sensitive learning solutions (in‑person, virtual, e‑learning).
- Coordinate delivery, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Maintain administrative and budgetary control of training programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Support related service functions (People Review, committee meetings, reporting, onboarding, and awareness programs).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and structure training plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Anticipate deadlines and coordinate timelines with supervisors.
- Conduct needs analyses and stakeholder interviews to refine requests.
- Search for, evaluate, and negotiate with training vendors and content providers.
- Develop tailored pedagogical solutions and deliver trainings.
- Oversee implementation, track progression, and assess learning outcomes.
- Analyze training ROI and impact through key performance indicators.
- Expand and enrich the internal LMS with adhoc modules.
- Manage administration and budget for training activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external trainers and institutions.
- Continuously research and integrate emerging training trends and best practices.
- Contribute to miscellaneous service activities (People Review, industry committees, social reporting, integration training, vigilance).
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of professional training regulations and frameworks.
- Proficiency in various instructional formats (face‑to‑face, virtual classroom, e‑learning, LMS).
- Ability to conduct competency gap analysis and design customized learning pathways.
- Strategic vision linking employee needs with business targets.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
- Clear articulation of requirements and adeptness at challenging vendors.
- Project management experience with oversight of actions and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and argumentation skills.
- Team orientation, curiosity, relational acumen, and summarization skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- University‑level education (Bachelor’s or higher) in business, management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in training engineering, training management, project management, or consulting within a learning & development context.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus (not mandatory).
