**Job Title:** Senior Security and Hard Services Manager
**Role Summary**
Manage security and technical infrastructure across 16+ sites (headquarters and branch offices in Belgium). Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization through strategic oversight of security protocols, maintenance systems, and project coordination.
**Expectations**
- Develop and execute security strategies aligned with GDPR, ISO standards, and local regulations
- Oversee technical maintenance of critical infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, fire safety)
- Coordinate multi-site consistency and project management across Belgium
- Lead internal teams and external service providers
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, implement, and monitor security policies (access control, surveillance, fire safety)
- Conduct risk assessments, incident management, and vulnerability testing
- Manage preventive/corrective maintenance for technical systems (HVAC, elevators, plumbing)
- Supervise subcontractors, contracts, and compliance with SLAs
- Implement performance metrics (KPIs, dashboards) for service quality
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO, Belgian labor/health standards)
- Lead 7+ staff members and collaborate with IT, HSE, and Risk Management teams
- Prepare reports on risks, incidents, budgets, and projects
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in security systems (access control, surveillance), risk mitigation, and safety protocols
- Technical proficiency in maintenance procedures for commercial infrastructure
- Multi-site project management and vendor management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Regulatory compliance knowledge (ISO standards, GDPR, fire safety codes)
- Proficiency in French and Dutch; English and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facility management, security, or equivalent
- 8–10 years managing security/technical operations, preferably in banking/multi-site environments
- ISO certification (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 55000) and relevant security/maintenance certifications preferred
