Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior GSI Sales Engineer (EMEA) **Role Summary** Lead technical sales efforts with Global System Integrators across Europe and India. Drive product integration, partnership development, and executive engagement to accelerate revenue growth. Serve as primary technical liaison for all GSI opportunities and support pipeline expansion with sales and solution teams. **Expectations** * Own end‑to‑end sales engineering activities for selected GSIs. * Deliver tailored technical solutions to enterprise clients and support hand‑offs to delivery teams. * Execute on revenue targets, develop pipelines, and report on progress. * Travel throughout EMEA to engage with GSI partners, present at events, and maintain relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage executive and technical teams at selected GSIs in Europe. * Collaborate with global sales leaders to plan and execute revenue initiatives with GSIs, including outsourcing, managed services, and resell channels. * Define, refine, and manage GSI partner programs and contracts that enable purchase and resale of products. * Position the product portfolio within GSI go‑to‑market strategies, highlighting integration benefits. * Represent the organization at GSI executive and technical events, demos, and webinars. * Partner with solution architects, delivery managers, and sales teams to qualify new opportunities and drive pipeline growth. * Act as the primary technical point‑of‑contact for GSIs across Europe and India. * Collaborate with the global SI team to deepen relationships and revenue with each GSI. * Identify and embed solutions into the services sold by GSIs, enhancing their value proposition. * Provide technical expertise and training to GSI teams as needed. **Required Skills** * Proven experience in technical sales engineering supporting large global SI’s. * Deep understanding of SaaS and software sales within data management, security, or cyber resilience. * Broad technical knowledge: data management, cloud platforms, compliance, disaster recovery, tape infrastructure, storage arrays, storage networking, networking protocols, and multi‑platform connectivity. * Excellent interpersonal and commercial communication skills; able to engage enterprise clients and close high‑level deals. * Strong ownership mindset: proactive problem resolution, prioritization, and workload balancing. * Ability to travel extensively within EMEA. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. * Preferred industry certifications: AWS/Azure Architect, CCNA/CCNP, or relevant data management/security credentials.
