Ideal Candidate Profile

Location

Based in Belgium or France
Willing and able to work on-site up to 8 days per month.

Technical Expertise

Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB, including both MongoDB and SQL APIs.
Deep understanding of:
Request Units (RU)
Indexing policies
Schema-agnostic design
Skilled in Terraform scripting and Infrastructure as Code for cloud provisioning.
Proficient with Azure DevOps and cloud-native deployment workflows.
Strong grasp of enterprise governance standards, naming conventions, and security protocols.

Project & Team Leadership

Proven ability to lead technical implementations and collaborate across development, infrastructure, and support teams.
Experience in incident and change management during go-live and stabilization phases.
Comfortable acting as a technical liaison to ensure smooth integration and knowledge transfer.

Training & Enablement

Capable of delivering hands-on training sessions and creating clear, actionable documentation.
Experience mentoring technical teams and building internal capability around Cosmos DB operations.

Certifications & Bonus Skills

Microsoft Certified: Azure Cosmos DB Developer Specialty (preferred).
Familiarity with ServiceNow and deeper integration within Azure DevOps environments.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Able to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for diverse teams.
