Job description

As an Internal Quality Auditor, you will enhance the effectiveness of our internal processes by auditing and challenging them through a systematic approach. You will also support the development of our own certification systems and applications.

Your missions

Review existing operational processes, procedures, and policies.
Challenge processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
Verify compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other standards as required.
Conduct internal audits, project audits, and integrated system certification audits.
Maintain agile communication with management and internal stakeholders.
Suggest escalation processes and KPIs to ensure compliance with internal rules and policies.
Contribute to data analytics and automation internal audit projects.

Your profile

Academic background: Master's degree (ongoing or completed) is a strong plus.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, with experience performing audits.
Bilingual: fluent in both English and French.
Strong analytical mindset, open-minded, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
Experience with AI generative tools (e.g. Copilot, Power BI, Python, SQL) is a strong advantage.
