The Brand Guild is looking for an intern to join our Marketing team! We're a creative, passionate group of experts across Public Relations, Marketing, Events, and Creative who build strategies, create experiences, and influence audiences for our clients. As a Marketing Intern focusing on Digital & Influencer Marketing, you will support junior- and senior-level members of the Digital and Integrated Marketing team to deliver results for current clients and help win new business. You'll collaborate directly with team members to research, plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital advertising, influencer marketing, and partnerships. Successful interns are enthusiastic contributors, creative thinkers, and detail-oriented doers. This internship offers invaluable hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, with the option to earn college credit.
Internship Details
$2,500 stipend (paid in two installments: midpoint and completion of internship)
Minimum of 16 hours per week (minimum of 1 day/week in office)
Responsibilities
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to inform campaign planning
Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing activations and brand partnerships
Develop influencer and partnership recommendations tailored to campaigns
Set up and launch paid search, social, and display campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Coordinate media buys with local and national outlets
Support in managing affiliate marketing programs for leading eCommerce brands
Assist in creating internal and external materials, including marketing plans and recap reports
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI
Collect and input data for monthly performance reports
Provide administrative support for the Marketing team as needed
Qualifications
Strong interest in marketing trends, advertising and influencer campaigns, and brand collaborations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in communicating clearly and professionally
Self-motivated with a proactive "can-do" attitude
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
