We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MuleSoft Developer to join our Integration and Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led architecture, and enterprise integration patterns. This role will involve designing and implementing complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems, applying best practices in DevOps, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilites:
Design & Development
Architect, design, and implement APIs, integrations, and microservices using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Develop complex integration flows between Salesforce, cloud platforms, and on-premise enterprise systems.
Apply API-led connectivity principles, leveraging reusable assets and frameworks.
DevOps & Release Management
Implement CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Ensure automated testing, version control, and deployment strategies for integration solutions.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance of integration services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Best Practices & Governance
Establish coding standards, reusable frameworks, and integration best practices.
Implement API governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Overall IT Experience: 10-15 years in software development, integration, or enterprise applications.
MuleSoft Experience: At least 5 years of strong, hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and CloudHub.
Integration Expertise: Experience building APIs and reusable integration services connecting Salesforce, ERP, payment gateways, and third-party systems.
DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps) and deployment automation for integration pipelines.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth/JWT authentication, and event-driven architecture.
Preferred Exposure: Salesforce integrations, middleware platforms (TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or Informatica), and cloud-native services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills; ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
Nice to Have:
MuleSoft Certification(s): MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2), MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
Experience with API security (mTLS, OAuth 2.0, JWT).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for MuleSoft deployment.
