At ServiceSync AI, we offer flexibility: this internship can be completed remotely, hybrid, or in-person at our SoHo office in New York City.

This is a part-time (10 hours per week), unpaid internship on a trial basis, designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, B2B SaaS, and campaign execution. Outstanding performance may lead to a paid full-time role with ServiceSync AI in Spring 2026, with the unique opportunity to join as a founding employee, shaping both your role and the future of the company.

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for Fall 2025. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals eager to gain real-world experience in content creation, SEO optimization, and marketing campaigns for a fast-growing AI startup that just launched its platform to streamline dealership operations. You'll help build ServiceSync AI's brand presence and support go-to-market efforts that make workflows smoother, faster, and more efficient for dealerships.

Success in this role looks like:

Marketing campaigns are delivered on time and generate engagement.
SEO efforts improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Content clearly communicates ServiceSync AI's mission and value to dealerships.
You demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and a strong learning mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Assist with SEO optimization to improve search visibility and website performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
Draft, edit, and publish content (social posts, blogs, case studies, and email newsletters).
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, offering recommendations for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to align marketing with company objectives.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.
Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies or willingness to learn quickly.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Interest in startups, AI, or the automotive/tech industry is a strong plus.
