Responsibilities

Develop new client relationships and manage a portfolio of accounts.
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.
Source, engage, and assess candidates, ensuring the right fit for both clients and talent.
Drive business growth through consistent outreach, networking, and industry expertise.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or account management (staffing industry experience a strong asset).
A track record of hitting sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
Strong influencing and communication skills--you can win trust at every level.
High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping people and businesses succeed.

Pay range and compensation package

Performance-Based Pay - Competitive base salary (45000 - 75000) + uncapped commissions. Build your book, grow your earnings.
