Job Specifications

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in completing ServiceNow templates in preparation for the upcoming release, while shadowing activities related to the current release. They will assume responsibility for specific documentation tasks assigned to the crews they support and manage these throughout the deployment process. Training will be conducted on-the-job in collaboration with other team members.

Must have Skills:

Technical: ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, Excel, Release Management, Attention to Detail.

Nice to Have: Tableau, Dynatrace, Experience in fast-paced environments.

Soft Skills: Adaptable, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, strong written & verbal communication.

Education/Certifications: Experience valued over formal education; ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
