Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to healthcare and payer operations.
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare workflows.
Provide expertise in Provider Network Management (PNM), including provider onboarding, credentialing, and network optimization.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
Support system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements within Salesforce.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Salesforce tools.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, especially Health Cloud and Omni Studio (optional but preferred).
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare or Payer environments.
Experience with Provider Network Management (PNM) processes and systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Omni Studio (formerly Salesforce Industries).
Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud, Business Analyst, or Administrator.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
