About the company:

The client is a fast-growing digital cash savings platform who work with financial institutions like wealth managers, fintechs, banks, and advisors, providing them with tools to get better returns on cash, engage more effectively with clients, and simplify their operations!

This is more than just a coding role - we are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table. You'll play a key role in shaping the foundations of their API-first, SaaS platform as they grow to meet increasing demand.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-5 years of commercial software experience
Solid Java skills (Spring Boot or Micronaut a bonus)
A switched-on, proactive mindset
Passion for solving interesting problems in a high-performance culture
Willingness to grow, learn, and go beyond the basics when needed

Interview process:

Stage 1: 30-minute MS Teams call

Stage 2: On-site final round
