Our team is behind some of the most innovative visual control systems on the market, and we're looking for new software engineers to bring their passion, creativity, and talent as we explore the next wave of innovation.

Could you be part of the next act in the Avolites story?

As a dedicated team, we're looking for engineers who can work across all aspects of software development--from design through implementation to delivery and support.

In this role, you will:

Be trained to use our Prism and/or Titan lighting & media control platforms (no prior experience necessary).
Work in an Agile development team.
Design, build, and maintain features in our Titan and/or Prism lighting & media control solutions.
Produce clean, high-quality, real-time C# and/or C++ code with clear comments.
Write documentation and tests for your code, and liaise with the test team.
Design and implement UI elements.
Investigate bugs, implement fixes, and carry out testing.
Handle occasional customer support cases with professionalism.
Be physically present in the HQ office at least 3 days per week.

You have:

Extensive experience in software engineering roles.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
Experience with C#, C++, or a related language.
(For Prism media) Proficiency in DirectX 12 or similar low-level graphics APIs (e.g., Vulkan or OpenGL).

You might also have experience with:

Developing soft real-time applications.
Networked or distributed software.
.NET, WPF, and WCF.
Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
Working in an Agile development team (Scrum).
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Optimising video pipelines for performance and quality.
Working in the lighting or video production industry.
Developing cross-platform desktop applications (e.g., Electron or React).
