Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and marketing-savvy intern to help grow our brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, while building and managing relationships with influencers and affiliates.
This is a content-first role with a heavy focus on filming, editing, and publishing dynamic, platform-native content that serves both B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (wholesale, retail, and hospitality) audiences. You will also help scale our affiliate program, manage influencer outreach, and coordinate product seeding.
This is a paid internship targeted at 20 hours a week. Will also consider unpaid interns for college credit if preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Primary Focus)
Film and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and lifestyle photography.
Develop creative concepts that align with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
Repurpose content for both consumer and business audiences, tailoring messaging for each channel.
Social Media Management
Build and maintain a content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Post, monitor, and engage with followers across platforms -- responding in a timely, brand-appropriate tone.
Analyze engagement and growth metrics, reporting back with insights and recommendations.
Affiliate & Influencer Program Support
Manage day-to-day affiliate program tasks, including approvals, tracking performance, and reporting.
Research, vet, and reach out to potential influencers and affiliate partners.
Coordinate product seeding and gifting campaigns to drive authentic content creation.
Track and organize influencer deliverables, UGC, and campaign outcomes.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content and partnerships with brand priorities.
Support new campaign launches, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives with fresh content and creative ideas.
Qualifications
Current student pursuing a Bachelors
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, plus current social trends.
Skilled in video editing and content creation (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Excellent written communication and copywriting ability.
Comfortable managing spreadsheets and tracking program performance (Google Sheets, affiliate dashboards).
Proactive, organized, and comfortable with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, club, or personal project.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and TikTokShop
Experience with influencer outreach, gifting campaigns, or community management.
Photography, videography, or design skills beyond the basics.
