What You'll Do

As a new graduate, you'll be immersed in a dynamic environment focused on promoting products and services and enhancing brand visibility. You'll support marketing campaigns and analyzing data. You'll also contribute to content creation, distribution, and performance analysis across various media channels.

This unique and accelerated program will not only give you extensive knowledge and experience working on communications, brand development, and marketing campaigns, it will also enable you to develop your leadership skills.

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or College/CEGEP diploma in Business or Communications with a specialization or interest in marketing, media, business analytics, economics or related fields
You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences

Technical Skills (you Have Some Of The Following)

Highly analytical. Ability to leverage data to build insights and recommendations.
Knowledge of or experience with CRM, CMS or marketing automation platforms.

Leadership Skills

You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
You gain the trust of your teams, being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
