What You'll Do
Pursue your accounting and finance designations and make an impact on Bell's transformation - all while gaining invaluable experience as a part of the Graduate program. You'll receive the educational and study support for grads pursuing designations including access to supplemental online learning resources.
What We're Looking For
New grads can join this program through two stream options and gain experiences in various finance departments:
CPA Pre-Approved Program stream: 24-month (Quebec) or 30-month (Ontario and Atlantic) specialized rotational program. You will complete 2 rotations in either Internal Audit and Risk Advisory, Financial Close Controllers, Tax, Finance Operations, or External Reporting & Consolidations. Approved by the CPA regulatory bodies in Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic, this rotational program is designed to support the practical experience requirements of your designation.
Financial Management stream: 30-month rotational program where you'll complete 2 rotations across various Finance teams including Finance Operations, Capital Markets and/or Treasury.
Requirements
You have a bachelor's degree in business with working knowledge of accounting principles
You must be eligible for full-time employment by September 2026
You must complete your undergraduate studies before the program start date, and applicable pre-requisite course requirements for the CPA Pre-Approved Program stream
For CPA, the following requirements need to be met by the start date.
Completed the 14 prerequisite courses
Met the minimum core and non-core grades
Met the overall minimum average of all core courses
You must demonstrate a good balance of high academic achievement and extracurricular involvement
A minimum grade of B+ in core courses
Technical Skills
You have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
You possess the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly (i.e. AI)
Your knowledge of other software programs for data analytics is an asset
Leadership Skills
You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
