A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst. The position is in Torrance, CA, with a contract duration of 12 months and the possibility of extension. This is a W2*

Assist in monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, CCPA).

- Support internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.

- Help develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Track and report compliance metrics and findings to leads.

- Collaborate with departments to ensure business practices align with legal standards.

- Support privacy impact assessments and data mapping initiatives.

- Assist in responding to data subject access requests and privacy inquiries.

- Help maintain records of processing activities and data inventories.

- Participate in privacy training and awareness campaigns across the organization
