Role Description

FlipThatTech is a growing electronics company specializing in buying, selling, and repairing devices such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets. We are seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will track and reconcile stock, support order fulfillment, and coordinate with sales and repair teams to ensure smooth operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and keeping customers satisfied. It offers valuable experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations management within a fast-paced retail and repair environment, with opportunities for growth as the company expands.

We are also open to Co-op students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in inventory and operations management.

Responsibilities

Monitor, record, and reconcile all incoming and outgoing devices and parts to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Inspect and verify the quality and condition of devices and parts upon receipt.
Maintain detailed inventory records and prepare regular stock reports for management.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment.
Implement effective labeling, storage, and tracking systems to improve inventory flow.
Support logistics for large device shipments and repairs, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Contribute to process improvements in operations, supply chain, and inventory systems.
May perform additional duties upon request.

Job Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or retail operations is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other inventory management tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail logistics preferred.
Prior experience in electronics or technology-related businesses is considered an asset.
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems/software is an advantage.
