Meraki Talent have partnered with a Financial Services institute for the recruitment of an Onboarding and Migration Business Data Analyst for an inside ir35 contract which will be for the next 6 months.

The role sits within their Product Solutions Function which focuses on the Data solutions for Securities Services. They are working with all business areas across different geographical locations to migrate the data from their platforms from on prem to cloud.

This is not a hands-on technical role nut more of an onboarding / support type role which works closely with different business areas as they migrate their data from on prem to cloud. You will coordinate the journey for them, being there to advise, support and keep on track. This will be helping the business leaders and guiding them through what they need to consider when moving to cloud.

This role is based in their Edinburgh site and will be a hybrid working set up of 3 days a week on site.

Experience

Previous experience having worked within Financial Services or within a field with similar regulations.
Experience conducting Data/Business Analysis on a large scale.
An understanding of data migration from in prem to cloud although more from a higher level as this isn't a hands-on tech role.
Practical experience in enforcing Data Governance
Good stakeholder management experience - Business and Tech focussed.
Strong business analysis and good interpersonal skills
Experience with Investment Data or Market Data is essential for this role.

Please note this role is inside ir35 and will be through Umbrella.
