A leading financial institution is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing alignment across business units, with a focus on lead generation, marketing technology, and supporting brand strategy initiatives. This is a 6-month contract role based in London, offering a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing alignment activities and manage cross-functional projects.
Map, document, and optimize marketing processes.
Analyze lead management workflows and support marketing systems harmonization.
Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.
Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Requirements:

3+ years managing complex marketing projects.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics.
Experience documenting and improving business processes.
Knowledge of marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity.

Desirable:

Experience in financial services or education sector marketing.
Involvement in business transformation initiatives or system implementations.
Familiarity with brand management processes and marketing technology harmonization.
