Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within banking/financial services/Capital Market.

Manage integrated project deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and business partners.

Act as Scrum Master when required, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting iterative delivery.

Bring 8-10 years of project/program management experience with strong financial services exposure.

Possess solid technical knowledge of microservices (Java/Spring Boot), architectural concepts, and Capital Markets.

Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and ability to work across global teams.

Drive projects through discovery, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.

Provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure delivery of high-quality technology solutions on time and within scope.
