Contract : IT Disaster Recovery Manager : Financial Services : Up to PS500.00 per day Inside IR35 : Onsite London

We're partnered with a global financial services firm who are investing heavily in Operational Resilience. They're now looking for an IT Disaster Recovery Manager to take ownership of their DR strategy across EMEA.

The successfull IT Disaster Recovery Manager will design and mature the DR framework, run live and simulation exercises, integrate DR with Business Continuity Planning, and ensure compliance with DORA, MiFID and CFTC.

Your work will directly safeguard critical trading services and build confidence at every level of the business.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mature the Disaster Recovery function across EMEA.
Deliver DR testing programmes and embed lessons learned.
Integrate DR with BCP to deliver end-to-end resilience.
Partner with senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
Drive improvements that reduce risk and improve recovery times.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years' experience in IT Disaster Recovery/Operational Resilience.
Strong knowledge of DR best practice, risk assessments, and testing.
ITIL experience with credibility at CIO/CTO level.
Broad technical fluency, ideally across:
Networking (WAN/LAN), storage, Windows/Linux servers
Trading platforms and market data systems (Bloomberg/Reuters)
Citrix, VMware, SQL and Oracle databases
Financial services or trading systems experience is a strong plus.
