ITCON Services is seeking to hire a motivated Junior Drupal Developer to join our team. The Junior Drupal Developer will work with a team of developers in a dynamic environment.

Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Preferred)

The Junior Drupal Developer will be responsible for project deliverables, including:

Front-end development, theme creation, and building interactive, responsive experiences
Backend development
Drupal upgrades and migrations
Custom module development and implementation
Integration for custom functionality and third-party integrations
Build, CI/CD, and deployments
Issue resolution and troubleshooting
Operations and maintenance tasks
Mobile development

Applicant must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States and clearable for Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government. Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, candidates with Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Collaborative and communication skills
Experience in performing web development, especially content management systems (CMS).
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript building public websites.
Experience coding using Java or similar programming language
Knowledge of Node.js, React.js, and PHP
Knowledge of SQL/MySQL
Exposure to Drupal: Installing, configuring, and experimenting with Drupal
Basic knowledge of web technologies and standards: Understanding of how the web works, HTTP/HTTPS, and basic security practices.
Experience with Git or version control systems
Introduction to Composer and package management
Understanding the basics of APIs and data integration
Experience using command-line tools: Such as Drush or general terminals for developer workflows

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Experience with responsive design
React or Angular
Development frameworks like React Native
Knowledge of CI/CD
Knowledge of Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes
Knowledge of JIRA
Acquia Certified Drupal Developer
Azure certification
