Our client company, based in Santa Barbara, CA, builds an AI/NLP platform that transforms large volumes of customer feedback (support, surveys, social) into clear, actionable insights for product and engineering teams. The Role

You'll work across the stack--TypeScript end-to-end--with a Node.js/GraphQL backend and a React frontend. You'll own major customer-facing features from discovery through launch, collaborating closely with product and speaking directly with customers to refine requirements and iterate quickly.

What You'll Do
Scope, design, implement, and ship core product features end-to-end.
Translate customer needs into sprint plans and technical designs.
Build reliable, maintainable, user-facing tools with a high bar for quality.
Partner cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
Meet with customers to validate problems and solutions; navigate ambiguity confidently.

Data: Pipelines ingesting and processing feedback from multiple sources
(NLP experience is a plus, not required.)
What You'll Bring
4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on work across frontend and backend systems.
A builder mindset--comfortable spending 80%+ of your time coding.
A track record of shipping robust, user-focused software.
Comfort with ambiguous requirements and customer conversations.
